I am a representative of the weird generation — as a child, I was fascinated by cybernetics, discovering the mysteries of everything from a simple night lamp to traffic lights and telephone systems. Yet, when the time came, I never pursued formal studies in the field. That said, it doesn’t mean I’m a stranger to the IT world. Over the years, I’ve walked my own path through technology, driven by curiosity rather than credentials. From virtual worlds to experimental scripts, I’ve always found joy in exploring, tinkering, and creating — not because I had to, but because I couldn’t resist the wonder of it all.
At OSGrid, my knowledge of Opensim improved significantly, especially after meeting Ubit Umarov (Opensim core developer). He clarified what kind of platform Opensim is, its capabilities, and its challenges. Since then, I have not needed any guidance and could set up my own grid at any time. However,
I find OSGrid to be the best grid for me
At OSGrid I have my friends, some, true, are at HG. The time spent with friends at OSGrid has been fun, educational and peaceful. so i have no plans to move elswhere any time soon.
